Service Manager, Ormiston March

Ormiston March is a well established service which has been providing support for children, young people and their families for almost ten years. We are currently developing two children's centres in March and Chatteris to provide family support services and access to information, including health and employment advice, as well as a range of outreach projects serving neighbouring villages.

£27,492 - £28,862 rising to £30,456
Based in March
Full time, 35 hours per week

We require a skilled and enthusiastic manager to lead our March service across two children's centres. You will support two emerging partnership boards, as well as managing the staff team and the service's budget.

You will have a professional qualification in childcare, health care, social care or other relevant discipline, together with experience of team management and working with diverse communities. You will also have good communication and time management skills, and the ability to lead work effectively with staff, partnerships and families.
