The Ormiston Children & Young People affected by Imprisonment Programme offers high quality family support services, both in prison and community settings in the Eastern Region, for children, young people and families affected by a family member or carer in prison. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated manager to lead and develop this theme of work.
Programme Development Manager
£34,991 - £37,543 rising to £39,258
Office base: Flexible within the Eastern Region
Full time, 35 hours per week
You will be responsible for leading and developing the programme in line with Ormiston's Strategic plan ensuring the delivery of high quality practice and sustainability of services which effectively meets the needs of children, young people and families affected by a family member or carer in prison.
You will have knowledge of county, regional and national processes and planning structures for children, young people and family services with high level strategic and financial business planning skills to ensure that targets and outcomes are effectively met. You will have the ability to lead and motivate and have a related professional qualification and a management qualification.
